Shipping Rates


HouseHold Linens shall arrange a carrier and such form of transport as it considers to be appropriate, to ensure prompt delivery of the goods to the address stated on the order.

As we can only deliver to a physical street address, we will require a signature for all deliveries.

Such delivery will be at the discretion of the couriers, who may not deliver if there is risk of injury or loss. Should this occur the courier will leave a contact number for you to call and arrange safe delivery.

HouseHold Linens will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the goods as a result of ‘Force Majeure’ or events occurring beyond HouseHold Linens’ control and shall not be in any way responsible for any losses, damages, costs or other consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.

If goods are missing (after 10 days) or damaged in transit, then please contact us at only@householdlinens.co.nz so that we can contact the couriers to locate the goods and lodge any required claim.

Shipping is calculated on the total weight of the goods purchased and the location of delivery. The freight is calculated when you go to purchase at the checkout.
